If you bought an Xbox 360 with the 1032 secondary error code then I have bad news for you, someone sold you a lemon. This error can ONLY be caused by human error. Essentially, this error means your Xbox 360 has the wrong version or type of GPU installed. This would only happen if someone attempted to replace the GPU chip but installed the incorrect model or version. To fix this issue you would either have to replace the GPU again with the correct one, or replace the entire motherboard with a working one. There is no other way to clear the 1032 secondary error code.
