Modding your Xbox 360 is usully the main cause of the 0022 secondary error code. Typically what we are dealing with is a mismatched CPU key code. If you attempted to build and flash the NAND more than likely you would need to rebuild the NAND with the proper CPU key. If no modding or flashing was done, more than likely a capacitor or component is missing or malfunctioning on the motherboard. Typically most people would need to replace the motherboard to fix the 0022 error code. There are several checks you can do to check components but for our purposes here that won't be discussed in detail. These are typically processes the average person doesn't have the knowledge or equipment to test.
