0010 Xbox 360 secondary error code | Three red rings guide
Analyzing the error
The 0010 secondary error code is considered a major hardware failure. This issue should be tackled by a pro only. You will typically need special equipment to repair. If you aren't one of those people, replacing your motherboard with one of these Xbox 360 motherboards is going to be your best bet. So let's break down what the error really is!
The HANA/ANA chip
The main cause would be a malfunctioning HANA/ANA chip. This could be caused by cold solder joints under the chip. It could also simply... not work. The 0010 error code can be a little tricky this way as even though this does specifically deal with these chips, those chips still communicate via the southbridge. So, you technically could also have a cold solder joint and/or bad southbridge. If a reflow didn't work, assume one or all of these chips need to be replaced to get that 0010 secondary error code to clear. As stated above, you could also simply replace the motherboard itself.
