Put simply, the E75 error code is usually caused by a bad Ethernet chip. This would require a replacement of that chip. This would be a very complicated repair by a professional. Technically, the southbridge chip can also cause an issue here. This could be repaired with a reflow, reball, replacement. For the less experienced repair man, replacing the motherboard with a new one like these would be your last option to get this E75 error to clear out.
