Introduction
This should not be considered a definitive list as there are many more 2TB HDDs out there that are compatible with the original Xbox console. However, in the modern age many of those are hard to find, and thus make them expensive. The goal of the list is to compile multiple options for a 2TB HDD upgrade on your console, but also still easy to find and affordable. A few of these drives are still made today and can be purchased directly from the manufacturer! Please keep in mind that while these are the easiest to find the actual price you find them at depends on how many are out there for sale at that moment. Don't just look up one of these drives look up most if not all of them. This way you can find the best price possible. These 2TB HDDs do have compatibility in the fact that they are lockable HDDs and are fully compatible with the original Xbox console, however, You would still need to upgrade to an 80 Wire IDE cable as well as an IDE to SATA adapter.
