This issue is typically caused by human error. Tinkering with the files in a file manager app on a modded console is the most common cause. You may have caused the error 14 by changing names of files. You may have deleted things not knowing they were vital to the dashboard operation. This would require you to use something such as the Rocky5 extra's disc to remove the soft mods. This will allow you to bring the console back to it's stock state. You can then install the mods again and start over fresh. There is also a chance enough damage was done to the files that rocky 5 couldn't even save you. At this stage most people would need to buy a replacement motherboard like the ones you can find here. You would have to start over with modifying if you replace it, but at least you can clear the error 14 on your original Xbox and get back to gaming! This also means you don't lose the entire console.
